"The funny thing about working with Billi is that you can forget it is “work”.  I remember working with Billi when she was in the Assistant Deputy Minister's Office (ADMO); and even under stressful situations she always found a way to make you smile or laugh. Not that she did not take her job seriously, but it was rare that you would see Billi under pressure.  I’m sure she was, but she was well organized, adept at balancing a lot of spinning plates, and smart. She could grasp the bigger issue, see the bigger picture and had a memory that was extremely useful, not only for her, but for her colleagues."
